The server with CentOS can not be reached from VPN. Though the same kind of connection with windows computer reached.
The server IP was on 192.168.0.0/24 network. The client was from 192.168.1.0/24 network which was connected via mikrotik router VPN.
Solusion:
The server iptables was stopped. So I just configure \etc\hosts.allow file.
I added the line on the file.
All : 192.168.1.0/24
and than restart network
service network restart
